How do we handle the information on your child?

All information that you provide us and the information we collect during the childcare period, will only be used to ensure that the childcare of your child runs as smoothly as possible.
We do not share this information with others, unless you give us consent or if this is a legal obligation.
We do transfer this information within SKO when your child is transferred to another group or care type.

Purpose: to give you an impression about the activities within the childcare centre
• Visible for the parents and visitors of the centre
• Will be deleted after use or will be saved for max 12 months

Purpose: to show you some of the activities that your child has done during the time with us through the secured SKO app for smartphone or tablet:

Safety is always our primary concern during excursions:
• During excursions there are always 2 of our pedagogical staff present.
• There are strict guidelines for the calculation how many children can be guided by one of our pedagogical staff. This calculation is based on the sort of transportation device and the age of the children. Ask our staff if you need more information.
• If we plan an excursion outside of Oegstgeest or if we go to a location near open water, we always ask for your permission separately.
• We use the following transportation devices: walking; public transport; carrier cycle; SKO motorbus and stint (children at a length smaller than 1.35m in a infant car seat);
